Has Putin Killed Zelensky?
The Russian Army is claiming it has assassinated the Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. In a post on X viewed more than two million times, the Russian Army claimed, “Reports claim a Russian airstrike targeted a secure location in Ukraine, allegedly killing President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Ukrainian media is reportedly covering the incident, though official confirmation remains pending.”
There has been no confirmation from Ukraine or from Western media resources, though, so this report could well be propaganda. Western sources, in fact, scoffed, saying a Russian Army post showing an explosion in Ukraine is actually old footage of a fireworks factory explosion that happened in Communist China a decade ago. Also, the Russian Army account has been traced to southern Asia, so isn’t at all likely authentic.
We’ll bring you updates if there’s any proof a killer strike actually occurred. Here, in a video from APT, Zelensky issued a warning to Ukraine residents of new, massive Russian airstrikes. “Please take care of yourselves,” he told Ukraine listeners.
