DARPA Behind Chemtrails
DARPA — the — is the chief agency behind the poisonous chemtrails being sprayed into our stratosphere. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. identified DARPA as the culprits in a public forum co-hosted by Dr. Phil.
In response to a question from an audience member asking how to stop the stratospheric poisoning, Kennedy said, “A lot of it now is coming out of the jet fuels. Those materials (including barium, aluminum and strontium) are put into jet fuels.” He added, “I will do everything in my power to stop it.”
DARPA is responsible for developing emerging technologies for use by the military. The agency has never publicly explained why it has pushed chemtrails, but some opponents have theorized it has something to do with airborne defense. Here’s more from Clayton and Natali Morris on Redacted News.
