Would-Be Assassin Found Guilty
Would-be Donald Trump assassin Ryan Routh has been found guilty on all charges. Routh attempted to stab himself in the neck with a fountain pen as the verdict was read. It took four U.S. Marshals to restrain him.
Routh, 59, faced five federal criminal counts, including attempting to assassinate a major presidential candidate, assaulting a federal officer and multiple firearms offenses. The charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison.
Routh made his assassination attempt last September at Trump’s West Palm Beach golf club in Florida. Here’s more from Fox News.
