E-mail Voting Now a Reality
For the first time in a Presidential election, large numbers of Americans overseas, primarily members of the military stationed in remote locales, are being allowed to cast their ballots via E-mail. Proponents argue this is convenient way to make voting more accessible, but it also opens up the possibilities for massive fraud. The Wall Street Journal reports.
