Electropia
Animator Noriko Okaku won best music video award at the 2011 Ottawa International Animation Festival for her vibrant, surreal imagery illustrating the song “Electropia” by the Japanese band Joyz. Okaku hails from Japan herself, but has perfected her craft primarily in the United Kingdom, studying at the Chelsea College of Art and Design as well as at the Royal College of Art.
