Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to Joe Collins (US Navy veteran & Candidate for Congress) about why he is challenging Democrat Maxine Waters for Congress in the 43rd congressional district. Joe has been getting a lot of attention for his campaign ad that shows him in front of Maxine Water’s home pointing out that it is a $6 million mansion that is not even located in her district. Joe shares how despite Maxine Waters being in office for over 44 years there are virtually no signs of improvement for the black community of South LA. Joe discusses what it was like growing up in South Central Los Angeles, fighting in the Iraq War and why he became a black Republican.
