Closing Arguments A Disaster
The prosecution in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial might be looking for a place to hide, following a disastrous performance in closing arguments. Viva Frei’s David Freitheit says the presentation was a train wreck of legal factual arguments.
“It was so bad, that you would not need to have been a lawyer, or have any legal training, or even having stayed at a Holiday Inn to know just how bad of a train wreck it was,” Freitheit says.
