Will SCOTUS Protect Prayer?

After years of legal wrangling, the U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to finally hear the freedom of prayer case of Bremerton High School (Washington state) football coach Joe Kennedy. The Supremes will decide the issue of individual religious freedom and the right to pray in public.

The case surrounds Kennedy, who would pray silently at the 50-yard line after every game and was eventually joined by his players. The Bremerton school district frowned on the routine, warned Kennedy to cease and eventually fired him. Jenna Ellis, former member of President Trump’s legal team and First Liberty’s Jeremy Dys breakdown the case on The Jenna Ellis Show.
