Oath Of Office Fraud
David Mahoney tells NVTV’s Nicholas Veniamin that several members of the American government have not sworn an affidavit, or oath of office, to the U.S. Constitution, as did their predecessors.
Mahoney says it’s not a matter of one or two officials, but as many as 20 to 30, including Vice-President Kamala Harris, Attorney General Merrick Garland and Director of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas. “This is extremely serious,” Mahoney said. “People at the top of the U.S. government have not sworn an affidavit to the U.S. Constitution and are breaking so many laws there.”
Mahoney added those who have not sworn an affidavit will be served with official court papers, stipulating that if they don’t return the documents with their oath, they will be stripped of their seats in office.
