Is Civil Rights Act Flawed?

Chris Rufo wrote in a recent article in City Journal, a New York urban-policy magazine, that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 has its problems and needs to be revisited by Congress.

He says while the law is unlikely to be repealed, he suggests that Congress pass legislation to modify it and limit ways in which the Civil Rights Act has given rise to the giant-enforcement bureaucracies. Dinesh D’Souza shares his thoughts on the issue and also makes the case on why the Harvard Corporation should resign and make its own conduct a case study for mismanagement at Harvard Business School.
