Watch as the Portland Police Department allows Antifa traffic guides to control the flow of vehicles on the streets leading into and out from the U.S. Immigration and Service Building in Portland. The mayor of Portland, Keith Wilson, is a disgrace, as is Tina Kotek, the degenerate Democratic Governor of Oregon.
