I met this young lady from Argentina recently. We were talking about the capture of Maduro, the drug trafficking in Venezuela and Colombia and the influence of Cuba on Venezuela.
I think that most Americans (including myself) think that Colombia is the drug capital of South America. The young lady from Argentina said that Brazil is the drug capital of South America. She said that Argentinian’s are warned to stay away from Rio de Janeiro because it has such a high crime rate.
