Colombia — one of the major nations in South America — has rejected its socialist government and voted into office a new president, Abelardo de la Espriella, promising to openly challenge the drug cartels.

This is a change sweeping across South and Central America, especially now that there’s no longer USAIDs money going to prop up leftist regimes. Here, Steve Turley discusses the changing of the guard.
