Bartiromo Bound For CBS?
Maria Bartiromo isn’t wasting any time. After getting let go from Fox News just a few days ago, Bartiromo is already eying a major new job in television.
She’s said to be talking with Bari Weiss, the director of CBS News, about going to work for that network. If so, don’t be surprised if she lands on 60 Minutes, CBS’ longtime Sunday show with a spotlight on investigative work.
Bartiromo has the chops to carry that kind of heavy load. In fact, she would probably put 60 Minutes back on a road to success. She’s not just a veteran journalist, but one who works hard and doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty.
