Death Penalty In Kirk Case?
Closing arguments were made Tuesday afternoon before Utah’s Fourth District Court Judge Tony Graf to determine if Tyler Robinson should be bound over for trial in the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. It has been nearly a year since the Sep. 10, 2025 political assassination of Kirk while he was speaking at a Turning Point USA rally at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
Jack Posbiec, a Turning Point contributor, says he fully expects Judge Graf to bind Robinson over for trial. He also expects the death penalty will remain on the table for Robinson.
