Are the floods in the United Arab Emirates a freak of nature, or the result of out-of-control, man-made weather manipulation? Just how long has cloud seeding been happening? How do chemtrails fit into the picture?
Vincent James of The Red Elephants opens with the United Arab Emirates flooding, but much of this video deals with Operation Popeye. That was a campaign orchestrated by the U.S. Air Force back in the 1960s and early 1970s to use cloud seeding to extend the rainy season along the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The operation, done in cooperation with the CIA, extended the rains and monsoons an extra month or so, but did not halt traffic along the trail, extending into Vietnam and Laos.
Here, we also learn about NASA scientists who not only seeded clouds but actually created the clouds. “NASA is playing God,” a newscaster says. “They are making their own weather.”
