Free Speech? Dangerous Threat?
A professor from the University of Kansas said that men who won’t vote for Kamala Harris should be lined up and shot. The university put the professor, later identified asPhil Lowcock, on leave after the video was released online.
But is this a violation of his First Amendment? Jokes are clearly protected speech but is this a joke? After all, if you stand for free speech, you have to stand for speech you don’t like. Here’s more from Natali and Clayton Morris at Redacted News.
