Conservative pundit Dick Morris says President Obama’s strategy to defend the Pacific Coast against a barrage of North Korean nuclear warheads with land-based missile interceptors won’t get the job done. “The problem is, those missile interceptors have a terrible track record. They’re only about 50-percent accurate,” he says. Morris’ solution: sea-based interceptors, which are more likely to be effective, or the reliable space-based interceptors, which he claims, are “almost infallible.”
