Urban Institute Senior Fellow John Ronan says crime in America has decreased significantly since exploding in the ’70s and ’80s. “Crime declined in the ’90s, sort of stayed the same in the last decade, and in the last six or seven years it’s declined again, and that story is just not getting told,” Ronan tells investigative reporter John Stossel.
