H.A. Goodman says the withdrawal by Beto O’Rourke, followed quickly by Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Joe Biden, is exactly as he predicted. Goodman has been steadfast in saying Hillary Clinton will be entering the Presidential race, and seeking to carry the banner for the Democrats for another election against Trump.
