Here, we see how they use burner phones, VPNs, foreign email accounts and other cloaking devices to skirt detection by the federal government. Similarly, they use elaborate ruses to camouflage their funding sources, although it’s quite clear they receive backing from Act Blue and other non-profits heavily aligned with the Democrats and other Leftist organizations.
They are divided into five regional groups nationwide with marching orders coming out of “Jericho” — Washington, DC. They have begun to train using spycraft and military formations. Are they as advanced as, say, the U.S. Army? Hardly. And their numbers are small as well. But Popp cites sources indicating they plan some sort of national strike around election time.
