Who Controls The World?
The Universal Council’s Kimberley Ann Goguen reveals to the Project Camelot podcast and host Kerry Cassidy that the world has always been a hierarchical system, with the order at the top, and the covens and a faction of military and intelligence people below them.
So who actually is pulling the strings? Goguen says the existing structure points to three individuals: the World Economic Forum’s Klaus Schwab, a man named Richard Wiss and an anonymous Italian with the code name Mr. Black. “These three seem to be barking out orders to the White House, to the Space Force, to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Those are the people I see most often,” she says.
Goguen, who claims she was schooled by the Anunnaki and has had interactions with Marduke, of Babylonian scripture, explains further, reveals more intel on the other-worldly realm, the Black Sun and Donald J. Trump’s meeting with an ascended master, who told him he would win the Presidency in 2016. Please use discernment when watching the video.

HE Richard Wiss you mean , the SC chairman
Yes, we believe you are correct. The name should be Richard Wiss with the Senatus Consultum.
He for sure has some big truth. Difficult to ignore it
Do we know for sure whether Kim Goguen can be trusted. Some concerning information about her is circulating. Many open questions. If she is trained by the Anunnaki , means she is trained by the ones that represent the dark side. She claims to control ai/financial system connected to ai, this ai is a satanic tool to control people. Empty promises towards people to help them financially. Always talking stories about topics that can not be verified by anyone. Also talking negative about others, defamation etc etc , this does not fit with someone who claims to be on the side of the light. Also she has a big ego , it is always about her, while even Jesus had many disciples and did not involve himself in financial matters.
Can’t say for sure whether she’s trustworthy. We’ve run more than 30,000 posts over a period going back nearly 15 years.
Sometimes, we’ve had to drop individuals because they were masquerading or pretending to be something other than who they actually are. That’s not something we see every day, but we see it more often than we’d like.
Our best advice: If you have doubts about any source, just set them aside, or seek out others you find more trustworthy. It takes more time, and can be frustrating, but you have to go slow when things don’t add up or don’t make sense. Best of luck!
