Maxine Waters flails her mouth a lot but that’s not all she’s been doing. Turns out she’s been dipping into her campaign funds and doling out contributions to her daughter, Karen Waters.
The younger Waters has received more than $1.2 million dollars for “slate mailer management” fees, going back to 2003.
