Now that we’re getting down to the wire, the Democrats and their RINO allies are beginning to show their hands. We are seeing how they might try to use lawfare to thwart or delay Incoming President Donald Trump rising to power.

The first likely entanglement: The battle to elect a new House speaker, seeing as how Mike Johnson’s first term has ended. Presumably, Johnson wants to return, but many MAGA members of Congress distrust him.
