The Palestinian American leftist has lost her primary in Illinois’ 9th House District. She had endorsements from Rashida Tlaib as well as from such hardcore leftists as Ilhan Omar and Jamaal Bowman, but that couldn’t lift her above Daniel Bliss, mayor of the Chicago suburb of Evanston.
