Rubio Aims To Deport Pedophile
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio moves to deport an illegal immigrant who had been pardoned by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. The individual had previously been convicted of repeatedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old child before receiving clemency from Walz.
Rubio announced that while a state pardon may affect a criminal sentence, it does not prevent federal immigration authorities from removing someone who is unlawfully in the United States. The administration says violent criminal illegal immigrants remain a top deportation priority. Here’s more from Stephen Gardner.
