Republicans Can Buck The Odds
Democrats might be aiming to take control of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House after this midterm election, but a new poll from the reliable Harris Harvard polling outfit suggests Republicans might be able to hold them off. The Harris Harvard poll shows Republicans significantly more enthusiastic and likely to vote than Democrats.
The Harris Harvard poll gives Republicans a two percent edge going into the midterms. In other words, it’s not going to be a blowout, but Republicans can preserve an edge over the radical blowhards, providing the GOP holds the line and votes.
Republicans have another huge advantage going into the election. They have huge cash reserves on hand to spend promoting GOP candidates. By contrast, the Democrats remain mired in debt and will not be in a position to aid so many candidates. Here’s more from Steve Turley.
