Thought Vance Was Bluffing?

In an appearance a few days ago in Kansas City, Mo., Vice President J.D. Vance pledged a major crackdown against fraud. And now, we’re getting a new wrinkle on exactly what he might have had in mind.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the EEOC, is taking steps to fine or sanction American companies that replace their American workers with H1B refugees or illegal aliens. In some cases, American workers being let go have even been forced to train their foreign replacements. Andrew Lucas, the chair of the EEOC, called on individuals to report anti-American bias to the agency.

“Have you ever felt that you were treated differently because you’re an American?” Lucas asked in a video posted to LinkedIn and X. “Maybe you were laid off and told to train an H-1B or other guest worker visa holder who replaced you, or maybe your manager or co-worker has excluded you from conversations because you speak English, or moved work discussions into another language, or even onto a foreign messaging app.” Here’s more from Matt Morse TV.

IBM: Discriminatory Weasels

IBM, or the International Business Machines Corporation, has conducted gross discrimination against white and Asian job applicants. In fact, the discrimination has been so flagrant that IBM managers have been told their bonuses will be upheld or they could be fired if they don’t adhere to discriminatory job practices pushed by Arvind Krishna, the chairman and chief executive officer of IBM.

Investigative journalist James O’Keefe secured proof of the discrimination in a video released on Monday by the O’Keefe Media Group. The video captured  Krishna speaking at an internal meeting, which also included Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, and Corporate Communications Director Allison Showalter.

Now, the America First Legal’s Center for Legal Equality has filed a civil rights complaint against IBM with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). America First Legal is under the purview of Stephen Miller, who previously served as senior advisor for former President Donald Trump. Here’s more on the IBM bigotry from Mark Dice.
