Hecker, a Raytheon contractor who worked at the South Pole’s Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory, revealed the presence of a multi-faceted, direct-energy weaponry, including neutrino light array embedded in ice shafts, or DOMS, which is a direct threat to America’s energy grid.
