Benefits Fraud Jump 4,800%
Fraudulent activity related to weekly pandemic enhanced jobless benefits continues to rise to historic levels, according Eva Velasquez, CEO of the Identity Theft Resource Center. Discussions in the media and government circles are saying the fraud issues were a 2020 problem and are in the past.
