Habba Files For A Mistrial
Former President Donald Trump submitted his Colorado Ballot removal brief to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing there will be “bedlam” and “chaos” if the Court allows individual states to decide to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024.
Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba filed a letter motion with Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, renewing her request for a mistrial based upon E. Jean Carroll’s testimony admitting to deleting key evidence.
