Presidential Immunity Denied

Judge  Tanya Chutkan issued a 48-page memo, denying Trump’s motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution based on his claims of presidential immunity. She found that Trump does not get a “get-out-of-jail-free” pass simply because he was the President.

Trump’s defense filed a new appeal to New York’s highest court challenging Judge Arthur Engoron’s gag order over the Former President and his team. Appealing from an adverse ruling at the Appellate Court, Trump’s team continues to argue that Trump is entitled to the protections afforded under the First Amendment when commenting on the New York Court proceedings against him.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals authorized civil lawsuits against Trump to proceed with further litigation. Finding in favor of the plaintiffs suing Trump, the Court found that Trump’s actions on the 6th might have been unofficial and outside the scope of Presidential duties, thereby removing him from the protections of Presidential Immunity. Judge’s Wife: Trump Fantasies?

Trump slammed Judge Arthur Engoron’s wife immediately after the New York Court of Appeals reimposed the lower Court’s gag order. Pointing to @LauraLoomer’s reporting, Trump Truthed screenshots of Engoron’s wife’s alleged social media posts, exposing what looks like her Trump imprisonment fantasy for all to see. The Court denies the posts belong to Mrs. Engoron, but at this point, does anyone believe them?

Trump’s defense team published correspondence with Jack Smith’s office showing the government’s repeated rejections of defense requests for discovery. Prosecutors Thomas Windom and Molly Gaston, both with a documented a history of anti-Trump bias prior to this indictment, respond to the defense denying access to key evidence necessary for Trump’s trial preparation.

Details about a “military-grade” censorship operation were revealed during a Congressional hearing featuring journalists Michael Shellenberger (@shellenberger) and Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi). Letitia James’ Case Destroyed

Trump’s defense attorneys released Jack Smith’s Search Warrant that ordered Twitter to hand over all data related to people who “liked” or “retweeted” Trump’s Twitter posts. The massively over broad Search Warrant was signed by Judge Beryl Howell, who recently left the D.C. Court and now focuses on slamming Trump in the media.

Leticia James’ civil fraud trial is on the rocks after Trump’s defense introduced witnesses from banks to testify about their role in the Trump Organization loans. According to multiple reports, witnesses testified that Trump’s loans were not unusual and the banks were not harmed by the terms of the allegedly fraudulent loans.

A federal judge ordered the FBI to release an index of files related to the Seth Rich investigation and laptop. Seth Rich, who some have alleged was involved in 2016 Democratic National Committee email leaks, was found dead in the streets of Washington D.C. Trump Team Challenges Justice

Redpill78 discusses former President Donald Trump’s brilliant legal move, challenging prosecutor Jack Smith and the Department of Justice. RedPill78 describes the move as a “checkmate.”

For those seeking more details, here’s a more detailed summary of the case from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers. Trump’s team submitted a 37-page motion to compel, asking Judge Tanya Chutkan to order Jack Smith’s office to disclose discoverable material to the defense. In the motion, Trump’s attorneys are seeking information related to January 6th, the 2020 election, election-related attacks and MUCH more.

Trump’s defense is seeking a clearer definition of who makes up Jack Smith’s prosecution team and the extent of involvement of other government agencies in the J6 investigation. In new filings, Trump attorneys argue they are entitled to discovery to investigate the true nature of the Special Counsel’s investigation, which may have broader implications.

Judge Chutkan denied Trump’s request for subpoenas for the missing January 6th records, finding that the records were never “missing” at all. In her order, Chutkan ruled the records weren’t transmitted, and thus are not subject to the request. She also said Trump’s defense could obtain the other information they need with reasonable due diligence, and conveniently, found no basis for granting subpoenas.

Engoron’s Law Clerk Busted

New footage shows Judge Arthur Engoron’s Principal Law Clerk Allison Greenfield attended more anti-Trump rallies and colluded with more anti-Trump Democrats than was previously known. In a report via @JudicialProtest, the Judge’s GF is heard supporting anti-Trump prosecutor Alvin Bragg and attending a pro-Biden rally during her campaign for political office.

Now, Judge Engoron’s GreenField is taking part in the Trump case, including advising the Judge on critical decisions involving the Former President. Trump’s attorneys, meanwhile, continue to press their gag order appeal in the New York Court of Appeals.

Trump’s defense attorneys submitted their final reply in their motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution in Judge Tanya Chutkan’s D.C. Courtroom. Arguing the First Amendment, Trump’s lawyers say Jack Smith’s prosecutors have failed to allege any criminal conduct that is not protected by the Constitution.

Jack Smith filed a notice alerting the Court of Appeals to mean voicemails being left for New York court staff in hopes they will continue to gag Trump. The Former President, meanwhile, exercised his Constitutionally-protected free speech and slammed Judge Engoron and his Principal Law Clerk GreenField on Truth Social. Hunter Insider Gets Subpoenaed

Trump submitted his notice of appeal challenging the “Insurrection” portion of the Judge’s ruling in the Colorado Ballot Removal case. The Colorado Supreme Court also accepted the removal-petitioner’s appeal, which continues to argue for Trump’s removal from primary ballots.

As expected, Judge Tanya Chutkan denied Trump’s motion to strike Jack Smith’s inflammatory language from the January 6th indictment. Chutkan, who also gagged the former President, sees no problem with Jack Smith using insurrectionary language despite bringing no criminal charges of insurrection. Meanwhile, Democrats in the media say Trump is “more dangerous” than Hitler and call for him to be “eliminated.”

The Department of Justice insider who allegedly tipped off Hunter Biden’s defense team to a pending search has been subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee. U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, who made repeated donations to Democrats, has been ordered to appear to answer questions about her role in the Biden Crime Family coverup. In a recent interview, Willis revealed to the Washington Post that she is planning for the Trump trial to last “for many months” and into 2025. Combined with her motion to start trial in August of 2024, the plan to use the Georgia case as an anchor to hang around Trump during the 2024 election season is coming into fruition.

Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order came under scrutiny during oral arguments in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals after Trump’s team reiterated the President’s rights under the First Amendment. Justices questioned government prosecutor Cecil VanDevender over causation and how to determine what speech is permissible or not. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

AGs Smack Judge’s Gag Order

Trump’s petition against Judge Arthur Engoron challenging his gag order in the Court of Appeals has been released. The filing is more than 2,000 pages long and includes court transcripts that chronicle Judge Engoron’s misconduct throughout the trial.

Eighteen Attorneys General file a brief in support of President Trump’s appeal of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order in the January 6th prosecution.
