Her America First credentials are forged in steel and she’s leveraged her power to drive change in the House GOP. She says Washington DC is worse than you can imagine. Here she discusses her experiences with the X22 Report Spotlight.

In a recent interview, Willis revealed to the Washington Post that she is planning for the Trump trial to last “for many months” and into 2025. Combined with her motion to start trial in August of 2024, the plan to use the Georgia case as an anchor to hang around Trump during the 2024 election season is coming into fruition.

Gag Order Tossed Out

Judge Arthur Engoron’s unconstitutional gag order was stayed after a New York Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on former President Donald Trump’s claims. Engoron had previously gagged Trump and his defense lawyers from commenting on strange notes being passed between Judge Engoron and his so-called law clerk during the civil trial. But with the gag order stayed, Trump and his defense team are now free to discuss these issues – what will they say?

Trump’s defense submits their final reply in their motion to strike the inflammatory language from Jack Smith’s indictment. Why is the insurrection language necessary if Trump hasn’t been charged with insurrection?

Hackers Can Sandbag Georgia

Federal Judge Amy Totenberg from the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has ruled the state’s election machines remain vulnerable to hacking. The judge did not say the machines had been hacked or that the vote counts had been altered. She said that the machines pose an imminent risk, and thus, procedures need to be put into place to ensure the integrity of the voting system.

Much of the judge’s ruling incorporates findings from J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan computer sciences professor, who has been seeking ways to curb electronic vote tampering. Here’s more from Steve Turley.
