Stop Human Trafficking

National Security Agency Whistleblower, Surveillance Expert and American Hero William Binney rejoins Sarah Westall’s program to discuss the power of the data the NSA holds. To date, the government has used this data to spy on its own citizens and to blackmail politicians and business leaders for their own purposes (think Tea Party and IRS).

But this does not have to be the case. The data can be used to stop human trafficking, mass shootings, treasonous blackmail, and many more crimes against the American people. The question is: Does our American leaders have the courage to do what is right?

The Parkland Story

The Truth Factory not only looks at the school shooting in Parkland, but travels back in time to an earlier shooting that occurred in Broward County, Florida, a year earlier. In that case, the shooter, Esteban Santiago, reported hearing voices and claimed that the CIA was attempting to brainwash him. That brings us to nowadays, when Nikolas Cruz — also hearing voices — unleashed an attack on a Parkland school, killing 17 students.

Cruz had reportedly been identified as a threat and a potential shooter 45 times in calls placed to the Broward County sheriff and the FBI. But both those law enforcement agencies never dealt with him, or tried to stop the carnage. Rather than mass gun control, it seems perhaps we just need half-way decent law enforcement and a plan that institutionalizes those who are dangerous and mentally ill. In the end, citizens need their guns because they sure cannot rely on corrupt, lying and cowardly cops like Scott Israel, the Broward County sheriff.

Florida School Schooting

On Wednesday February 14th, 2018 at approximately 2:30pm, 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz opened fire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, killing 17 people and wounding thirteen survivors – including two people who remain in critical condition.

The suspect was reportedly armed with an AR-15 style rifle, “countless magazines” of ammunition, a gas mask and even smoke grenades – as he set off a fire alarm and brought students out from their classrooms and into the school hallways prior to the shooting.

Cruz was apprehended on Wednesday and charged on Thursday with 17 counts of premeditated murder in the third-deadliest school shooting in American history. More from Stefan Molyneux.
