Illegitimate Prosecutor Jack Smith published his 165-page brief on the public docket as a last ditch effort to hurt former President Donald Trump before the election.
The new “evidence” becomes public despite prior warnings from both Judge Tanya Chutkan and Jack Smith that pre-trial publicity would jeopardize the “fair administration of justice” in the case.
