New Oil Deal Makes History
President Donald Trump has entered into an agreement to secure and purchase as many as 65 billion barrels of oil from the nation of Venezuela. Delcy Rodriguez, the interim president of Venezuela, signed off on the agreement.
This will substantially elevate oil production in Venezuela, making the nation’s oil output as large as Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. Not only will Venezuela benefit but the United States will have access to oil independent of what happens in the Middle East.
Will we see similar agreements involving other essential energy and mineral elements, locking down the Western hemisphere and clearing the way for prosperity across North, Central and South America? Here’s more from Chris Yoon.
