Four hundred  could provide weak coverage. 800 moderate coverage. Eventually, Musk actually wants to blanket the planet with as many as 40,000 of these low-flying satellites. While they are designed to carry fast-flowing broadband service, they would also be equipped with cruise missiles that could be used to fend off any attacks.

But the United States did not release the virus.  In fact, the US thwarted an earlier planned release last summer in Los Angeles. This release came from a Chinese lab and was turned loose in Wuhan, China. Lee says China, just like the US, has Deep State elements who are trying to foment war and cause disruption.
