The Trump administration is reportedly weighing legal action over alleged allegations that China hoarded critical medical supplies to potentially corner the market on the stuff. A senior legal advisor to the president told the New York Post that intentional, premeditated action like this could be considered akin to first-degree murder. Fox News contributor and former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy says the United States doesn’t need to go to court. “You can hit them where it hurts the most, you can ostracize them on the world stage, you can quit letting their students come here and study.
