Look Twice: They’re Finding Out

Sorry I’m late but it’s Trump’s fault—-again. I’ve done the math and Trump makes history every 43.4 hours now, LOL…as a result, I ended up with WAY TOO MUCH content.

But I actually it’s gonna work out pretty good— since I had too much content— now I have a head-start on the NEXT episode.  So this one will turn around faster.

Tariffs Starting To Kick In

The first of the Trump tariffs started to kick in on Tuesday, and we’re already seeing some progress. Four nations announced they are dropping tariffs they have imposed on U.S. goods — Argentina, India, Israel and Vietnam. In some cases, these are tariffs that have remained in place since World War II. And two of those nations — Vietnam and India – -are among our largest trade partners.

“I think it’s one giant negotiation we are starting on April 2,” says Kevin O’Leary, speaking with Trey Gowdy on Fox News. O’Leary, who goes by the nickname “Mr. Wonderful,” predicts a lot of smoke, and confusion, at the start of the process.

In the end, other nations are likely to join these first four cutting back tariffs. If so, we will see trade booming with these countries while it ends or tapers offs with other countries. Expect a lot of the initial focus on auto manufacturing, with many new plants opening across the United States.

Can DeSantis Beat Trump?

Ron DeSantis had a DISASTROUS campaign launch with a glitch-filled Twitter Spaces session where Elon Musk got more attention than he did. Can someone who bungles his campaign right out of the gate defeat Donald Trump?

Well, the interview DeSantis gave FOX news host Trey Gowdy went a bit better. I sit down and analyze DeSantis’s responses in the interview and try to figure out if he’s someone who could possibly win in the 2024 election. Here’s more from Mr. Reagan.

Circus Returns To Washington

We haven’t watched any of the impeachment hearings this go-around. Why bother? The Democrats have turned impeachment into a flat-out political charade. The object of their scorn — Donald Trump — isn’t even in the White House anymore but down in Mar-A-Largo, Florida.

There ought to be real punishment meted out to the clowns pushing another round of impeachment. Don’t let them pass “Go. If they grab more of our Monopoly money for their monkeyshine antics, send them packing on the Reading Railroad, on board a cargo train loaded up to the caboose with nitroglycerin!

This especially goes for the turncoat Republicans — the flaming elephants like Sen. Mitt Romney and U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney — who have chosen to side with these wretched Democrats. Make your calendars now for the next time they’re up for re-election. Be sure to support their primary opponents. Send, Romney, Cheney and the other traitorous troglodytes straight to Hell! Dems To Boycott Barrett Vote

In a purely political and shameless maneuver, Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats will boycott Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court today. The move came one day after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that the full Senate will take up Barrett’s confirmation vote on Monday, ensuring that she will be confirmed and sworn in before the November 3 Presidential election.

Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Democrats on the Judiciary Committee said in a joint statement announcing their boycott, “We will not grant this process any further legitimacy by participating in the Committee’s mark-up of this nomination, just 12 days before the culmination of an election that is already underway.”

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham fired back. “I believe it does a disservice to Judge Barrett who deserves a vote, up or down,” he said.

Judiciary Committee rules state that 12 senators must be present in order to send a nomination to the floor. Republicans can meet the requirement on their own if every GOP senator is present later today. Here’s more from Top News.

In a related story, a new Gallup Poll reveals that 51 percent of voters want Barrett to get confirmed, but an amazing 84 percent of Democrats oppose her.

Former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy, appearing on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” with anchor Trace Gallagher, called the Democrats irrational, adding, “She may be the best witness that I have ever seen in a courtroom Congressional hearing. She was amazing and that’s why you see the public opinion changing.”

BREAKING NEWS: The Senate Judiciary Committee voted 12-0 to report the Supreme Court nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the full Senate for a confirmation vote on Monday. Bannon Facing Fraud Charge

Former South Carolina Congressman and Fox News contributor Trey Gowdy says Steve Bannon’s recent arrest for defrauding “We Build the Wall” donors is a classic fraud scheme. The allegation says that Bannon, former chief strategist for the Trump Administration, and his accomplices ran money donated to the private fund-raising effort through a shell company by using fake invoices and a sham vendor arrangement to defraud donors of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Gowdy, appearing on Fox News, tells reporter Trace Gallagher, “The indictment is a formal charge, it is not evidence, but what you just laid out, what the Southern District [of New York] just laid out is a classic fraud scheme.” Bannon was released on a $5 million bond and his travel restricted to the New York and Washington, D.C. areas. Grandstanding Dem Judge

Who is the activist judge — Emmett G. Sullivan — who is trying to undo the Department of Justice ruling to exonerate Flynn? Why does Sullivan have any say over Flynn’s fate? Did Sullivan just insert himself into the case, or is there actually some legal precedent for his delaying and seeking to overturn this ruling? Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has sent a copy of the declassified list of Obama administration officials who requested the “unmasking” of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn to Congress.

“I declassified the enclosed document, which I am providing to you for your situational awareness,” Grenell wrote in his note to Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).

The document was sent to senators in response to their request to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide Congress with information regarding the “unmasking” of U.S. citizens by Obama administration officials during the time of the 2016 election through to January 2017. The senators have since released the list.
The note, signed by Grenell, was first obtained by CBS News’ Catherine Herridge on Wednesday.

Grassley and Johnson made the request in a letter (pdf) to Attorney General William Barr and acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell on Tuesday following the revelation that Grenell had declassified information about Obama administration officials who were allegedly involved in the “unmasking” of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, whose communication with the former Russian ambassador during President Donald Trump’s transition period was leaked.

Sen. Rand Paul, who also requested the declassified information, has also released the list separately. He said that he would be inviting Grenell to testify in the Senate next week.

The list contains names of recipients who may have received Flynn’s identity in response to a request processed between Nov. 8, 2016, and Jan. 31, 2017, to unmask an identity that had been generically referred to in a National Security Agency foreign intelligence report. It was not only Gen. Michael Flynn who was unmasked. On Inauguration Day, a number of Democratic-appointed officials requested to unmask members of President Donald Trump’s family! We need to find out: How many others did they unmask? Did they unmask Senators? Congressmen? How about GOP governors or even janitors? These people were punch-drunk crazy over their ability to spy on every last American. They not only had no consideration for our laws or traditions. Middle Of The Movie

Remember when you used to go to the movies, and you’d be halfway through a show before — surprise, surprise — Christopher Walken might turn up on the screen. Now, we have that happening in the Trump administration. Who has turned up in the middle of the movie? Ezra Cohen-Watnick.

Who’s he? He formerly served as a Trump security aide under Gen. Michael Flynn, but resigned back in 2016. Now, he’s returned in a new Pentagon position called deputy assistant security for narcotics and global threats. It’s a job that doesn’t require approval from the US Senate.

In Pursuit of Truth touches on it in his new video Middle of the Movie. Is Ezra Cohen-Watnick going to steal the show, like Christopher Walken used to do? How much has Ezra learned from Gen. Michael Flynn? Does Ezra know where all the bodies are buried?

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, says it’s time to end the nationwide lockdown. There have been health problems in certain states and regions, for instance, New England and New York. But around the country, states have not seen anywhere near the levels of deaths once projected. Seems the models were wrong and now the nation is suffering — not from widespread flu, but widespread economic malaise as folks are unable to work and confined to their homes. Hold China Accountable

The Trump administration is reportedly weighing legal action over alleged allegations that China hoarded critical medical supplies to potentially corner the market on the stuff. A senior legal advisor to the president told the New York Post that intentional, premeditated action like this could be considered akin to first-degree murder. Fox News contributor and former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy says the United States doesn’t need to go to court. “You can hit them where it hurts the most, you can ostracize them on the world stage, you can quit letting their students come here and study.
