Trump’s Presser Was A Trap
President Trump’s impromptu press conference Friday night had the mainstream media scrambling at the 11th hour to attend. This after he announced earlier in the day to the nation that some people were upset with him and that he would be absent for a while. When the press settled in, Trump unleashed his fury on Big Pharma, China, Iran, Russia and the China Virus for starters. When a reporter attempted to rattle the president, chiding the him for saying the pandemic was disappearing and pointing out that many people in the room were not following the guidelines of New Jersey by not wearing masks or social distancing, Trump was ready. He cut off the reporter and said, “You’re wrong because this is a political activity and they have exceptions for that. And actually, this is a peaceful protest.” Classic Trump.
