The U.S. Supreme Court decision was 9-0 against hearing the Texas case Sounds bad? But Styxhexenhammer666 says the dismissal of the suit was merely a procedural matter. The gist of the case: Texas is not the actual aggrieved party here but a co-signer. So the suit, if it’s to be heard, should be brought by President Donald Trump and his re-election campaign with Texas among the states offering testimony on his behalf. Says Styx, “The case will probably be retooled.”
