Indigenous Tribal Mythology
Paraguay is a south American country located between Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia. The primary indigenous people of the region are known as the Guarani. They practiced a form of animistic pantheism, much of which has survived in the form of pre-Columbian folklore and numerous myths, some of which are touched upon in this presentation.
