When Obamacare registration miraculously reached the magic number of 7 million in what the White House called a late surge, President Obama didn’t waste any time “spiking the ball.” But hold your horses! The president’s victory lap appears to be a bit premature. When you take a closer look at the number, many questions arise. How many of those signed up have actually paid their first premium? How many of the registrants were previously uninsured? And finally, how many of the enrollees were people who were safely insured, but lost their policies due to the Affordable Care Act?
