Diesel $8 A Gallon!

While everyone was busy getting riled up about AI doom this week, an energy crisis was unfolding…Diesel is nearing $9 a gallon in California, with the nationwide average $6.31 a gallon. Diesel prices, refinery outages, pipeline attacks and mounting pressure on the world’s most important shipping routes are raising costs throughout our economy when everything is already more expensive than ever.

How did we get here?

The Fed Owns National Debt

Liberty Report’s Ron Paul says there’s no doubt the Federal Reserve Bank owns our national debt, not the American citizens.

Paul says the Fed’s manipulation of our financial system, including its disruptive inflation tax, has eroded the value of savings for decades. Add to this the Fed’s mismanagement of the fiat dollar and its penchant for printing money and the problem worsens.

According to the Federal Reserve, Paul reports, credit card delinquencies increased by 50 percent in 2023, while consumer debt grew to $17.5 trillion. A recent survey by Clever Real Estate found that three in five Americans have credit card debt and that 23 percent of Americans increase their credit card debt every month. The survey also found that 48 percent of Americans (including 59 percent of millennials) use credit cards for essential living expenses just to get by each month.
