Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit Filed
Former President Donald Trump filed a motion to dismiss Fani Willis’ RICO case in Georgia, arguing Presidential Immunity and the Federal Supremacy Clause confirm her prosecution is unconstitutional.
Jack Smith objected to Trump’s request that he be held in contempt for continuing to file motions and deliver discovery in violation of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s stay order. In his response, Smith argued that he is allowed to voluntarily comply with the Court’s suspended deadlines while the case is on appeal.
