He has threatened to jail Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht, the leaders of True the Vote, who have been investigating and exposing fraud and corruption in the 2020 Presidential election.
Making the threat was Judge Kenneth Hoyt, a senior federal district court judge for the Southern District of Texas, based in Houston. At the end of the day, he held Phillips and Engelbrecht in contempt, and vowed to send U.S. marshalls to arrest them if they do not “cure” the problem.
