Despotic Judge Upheld

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied the appeal from incoming President Donald Trump to delay or stop his sentencing by New York Judge Juan Merchan. This means Trump can be sentenced on Friday in the New York “hush money” case.

Four of the justices supported Trump’s appeal, while the chief of the Supreme Court John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined with the leftists on the Supreme Court to deny him. Most likely, Trump will prevail after a more drawn-out evidentiary appeal, but in the meantime, he will have to endear more slings from the corrupt and despotic Merchan. President Joe Biden spoke after the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity … and Glenn Beck couldn’t believe what he heard. Biden slammed the Court’s ruling, which granted former president Donald Trump absolute immunity for presidential actions and presumptive immunity for “official” actions.

Biden followed the lead of dissenting Justice Sonya Sotomayor, claiming that the Court basically allowed the president to do anything, including go after his opponents … Wait? Like Biden is doing right now?! Glenn reviews Biden’s speech line by line and highlights all the hypocrisy within it.

Left’s Call To Off Trump, Justices

The Gateway Pundit’s Elijah Schaffer reports that Joe Biden’s most prominent Generation Z supporter, Harry Sisson, is calling for the assassination of Donald J. Trump and the Supreme Court justices following their landmark ruling on presidential immunity.

The 21-year-old Zoomer superfan tweeted that Biden should call on the military to “take all of them out,” reasoning he would be immune from prosecution anyway!

Trump’s Immunity Now Stands

The Supreme Court issues its ruling on Presidential Immunity in the Trump J6 prosecution.  In a 6-3 decision, the court ruled that presidents have full immunity on official acts, but no immunity at all for private acts.
