Back in the 1990s, he developed a software system he called predictive linguistics that he continues to use to this day. Over the years, he has harnessed that system to forecast stock market crashes as well as military false flags like 9/11.
Here, he talks about the origins of his program and his many influences, particularly Robert Plutchik, a Polish sociologist who developed what he called “the wheel of emotions.” High shares his thoughts with David “Nino” Rodriguez.
