Child Brain Experiments Out
Children subjected to brain control torture treatments back in the 1960s are now being allowed to sue the universities and medical establishments that conducted these MK-Ultra experiments. The Quebec Superior Court has authorized a class-action lawsuit involving experiments done between 1948 and 1964 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill University.
The lawsuit alleges the psychiatric treatments, including electroshock and drug injections, were part of the CIA’s MK-ULTRA program of covert mind control at Montreal’s Allan Memorial Institute. Here, Riss Flex discusses the case.
