Who else besides Obama was spearheading the Shadow Government and meeting with foreign dignitaries, pretending they were still in charge of the American state? Seems John Kerry, the former Secretary of State, also was guilty of this effrontery. There might well have been others who will be revealed in the weeks and months ahead. The hubris of these individuals knows no limits.
While their term was over, they were posturing as if they still ran our government, and treating the actual, elected administration of President Donald Trump as if it were fraudulent.
